Updated: September 14, 2026 Effective: September 14, 2026 Welcome to BubbleOK (气泡音). BubbleOK is operated by Luanping Chaoxi Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"). We value the protection of your personal information and privacy. This Policy applies to the BubbleOK iOS application and its related services, and explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, and how you may exercise your related rights. We process personal information as necessary to provide the services you request or on another lawful basis. This version does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, collect IDFA or IDFV, or track you across apps for advertising. I. How We Collect and Use Personal Information 1. Audio processing services When you actively select an audio or video file and create a processing task, we process the file you selected, its file type, file size, duration, the selected processing feature, the task status, and the processing results, in order to complete the vocal separation, multi-track separation, audio denoising, format conversion, or other audio processing task you specified. The files described above are selected by you. We do not scan other files on your device without your action or authorization. 2. Task and quota management To provide Sign in with Apple, task history, guest allowances and minute balances, we process Apple user identifiers, server account identifiers, session and visitor cookies, and task and quota records. iOS sign-in does not request your Apple name or email. For purchases, we process Apple signed proofs, transaction identifiers, products, purchase environments, account association tokens, and payment and refund status. We do not receive bank card details. Test and production accounts, orders and balances are separate. 3. Device identification, security, and troubleshooting The server processes the IP address needed for the connection, request times, endpoint access and error records to operate the service, prevent abuse and troubleshoot. The fixed iOS source header classifies the client; it is not a unique device identifier. We also aggregate task source, feature, status, processing duration and account-associated records to understand service usage, evaluate features and improve the service. These statistics are not used for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking. Preferences, file indexes and editor drafts stored on your device restore your interface and media work. 4. Customer service When you contact us on your own initiative, we may process the contact details you provide, the content of your inquiry, and necessary communication records, in order to verify the issue, respond to your inquiry, and handle complaints. II. Processing of Audio and Video Files 1. Purpose of use The files you select are used only to complete the specified task, generate processing results, and carry out necessary troubleshooting. Without your authorization, we will not make the files public, nor use them for advertising profiling, for training models unrelated to the service you selected, or for any other unrelated purpose. 2. Retention period Task files and processing results are retained only for the shortest period necessary to complete the service. Where a page of the application specifies a retention period, that page's description prevails; where the task page currently indicates that processing results are retained for 24 hours after completion, the related files and results will be deleted or enter the automatic deletion process upon expiry of that period. Please download and back up your files promptly. 3. File security notice Please do not include in file names or file contents sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for completing the service, such as ID numbers, financial account details, precise location, or medical and health information. III. Third-Party SDK Information This version uses Apple AuthenticationServices and StoreKit for sign-in, purchases and proof verification. Apple processes related information under its privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ . No third-party analytics or advertising SDK, including Umeng, is integrated in this version. IV. System Permissions and File Access When you tap "Select File," the application invokes the iOS system file selection capability and accesses only the files you explicitly select. We explain the purpose of each permission when you use the related feature, and request permissions in accordance with the principle of minimum necessity. You may decline permissions or turn them off in the system settings. Declining a permission will make the features that depend on it unavailable, but will not affect other features that do not require it. V. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Information We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. We may share or disclose necessary information only in the following circumstances: 1. Where your explicit authorization or separate consent has been obtained; 2. Where processing by an entrusted service provider is genuinely necessary to deliver a service you actively selected; 3. Where provision is required under laws and regulations or by a lawful demand of a judicial or administrative authority; 4. Where necessary to protect the life, health, property, or other significant lawful rights and interests of you, us, or others, and consent is difficult to obtain. We require entrusted parties to process information according to the agreed purposes, periods, and security measures, and not to use the information for any other purpose. VI. Information Retention and Security We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, except where laws and regulations require otherwise. Upon expiry of that period, we delete or anonymize the relevant information. We take reasonable measures such as access control, transmission protection, permission management, and security auditing to protect information, and make every effort to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed in an Internet environment; if a personal information security incident occurs, we will take remedial measures in accordance with the law and fulfill our obligations of notification or reporting. VII. Your Personal Information Rights You have the following rights under the law: 1. To access and copy your personal information; 2. It disables the account and starts cloud data cleanup while keeping media on your device. Guests can request cloud data cleanup in the same panel; this does not reset the daily usage count. Order, refund and necessary security records may be retained as required by law. Contact support@qipaoyin.com to exercise your other data rights. You may submit requests through the contact details published on the official BubbleOK website. To protect the security of your account and information, we may need to verify your identity, and will handle your request within the period prescribed by law. VIII. Protection of Minors Minors under the age of fourteen should use the Service with the consent and under the guidance of a guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the consent of a guardian. If we discover such a situation, we will delete the information as soon as possible in accordance with the law after verification. IX. Policy Updates When there is a material change in the purposes of processing, the methods of processing, the categories of personal information, the third-party SDKs, or the means by which you exercise your rights, we will inform you through prominent means such as pop-ups. Where the law requires that consent be obtained anew, we will carry out the relevant processing only after obtaining your consent. X.
